5TH GENERATION - ROBERT "FRANK" HENRY
Robert "Frank" Henry was born on
December 16, 1890, the son of George
Washington "Taylor" Henry and Sally
(Sallie) Snoddy. At the time of his birth the
family of Robert "Frank" Henry was living
in Smith County, Elmwood, Tennessee. In
1908 in Smith County, Tennessee Robert
"Frank" Henry married Lillian Ann
Overstreet, the daughter of Jesse Benjamen
Overstreet and Virginia L. Glover. Lillian
Ann Overstreet was born on March 26, 1891
in Smith County, Elmwood, Tennessee.
After their marriage Robert "Frank" Henry
and Lillian Ann Overstreet Henry initially set
up residence in Smith County, Elmwood,
Tennessee. Sometime between April 1910
and March of 1912 Frank and Lillian Henry
moved to Macon County, Red Boiling
Springs, Tennessee. While living in the area
of Red Boiling Springs Frank and Lillian
Henry had six children: J. B. Henry, a son,
born on March 12, 1912; Melvin Lee Henry,
a son, born on February 14, 1917; Sadie F.
Henry, a daughter, born in October 1919;
Edward Frank Henry, a son, born on
January 28, 1923; Colena Henry, a daughter,
born in 1925; and Neuman Henry, a son,
born on July 6, 1927. Sometime between
July 1927 and 1930 Frank Henry, his wife
Lillian Henry, and their children moved to
Davidson County, Old Hickory (Lakewood),
Tennessee where Frank Henry started
working at the Dupont Plant in the silk mill
as a pump tester. While the family was living
in Lakewood, Tennessee Frank and Lillian
Henry had their last child, a daughter, Lillie
Vern (Lavergne) Henry born on February 2,
1930. While the family was living in
Lakewood, Tennessee Frank Henry died on
April 13, 1935. After his death Frank Henry
was buried in the Allen Cemetery on
Horseshoe Bend Road in Smith County,
Tennessee.

Tennessee. Robert "Frank" Henry and
Lillian Ann Overstreet were married in 1908
in Macon County, Tennessee. They were the
parents of J. B. Henry (1912 - 1991), Melvin
Lee Henry (1917 - 1994), Sadie F. Henry
Roark (1919 - 1991), Edward Frank Henry
(1923 - 2005), Colena Henry Thomas (1925 -
1996), Neuman Henry (1927 - 1992), and
Lillie Vern (Lavergne) Henry Sircy (1930).

(October 1919 - Januray 19, 1991) and J. B.
Henry (March 12, 1912 - June 17, 1991).

between late 1919 and early 1920. Melvin,
Sadie, and J. B. were the children of Robert
"Frank" Henry (December 16, 1886 - April
13, 1935) and Lillian Ann Overstreet Henry
(March 26, 1891 - February 28, 1968).

Lillian Ann Overstreet (March 26, 1891 -
February 28, 1968). She was born in 1930 in

Tennessee. She married Dennis Sircy who
was born on June 29, 1925 and who died on
November 28, 2006 in Smith County,
Pleasant Shade, Tennessee.
